REFERRAL POLICY

Welcome to The Lauren Look.

The Lauren Look is an online retail and subscription service that allows women to access an unlimited wardrobe in order to shop better, wear smarter, and rediscover the fun of fashion. The Lauren Look allows women to wear the trend today and return it tomorrow, skipping the commitment of buying a single piece.

The following Referral Program Policy (“Policy”) between you and Ralph Lauren Media LLC (“we,” “our,” “us” or “Ralph Lauren”) describes the terms and conditions on which you may participate in our Referral Program for The Lauren Look. By accessing or using any of the Services or participating in our Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in our Terms of Service (“Terms”). The provisions of this Policy shall, to the extent possible, be interpreted so as to supplement the Terms and to avoid any conflict between them. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the provision that is more protective of Ralph Lauren shall control.

WE MAY, AT ANY TIME, TERMINATE, ALTER OR MODIFY THE REFERRAL PROGRAM AND/OR THIS POLICY AT OUR DISCRETION AND WITHOUT ANY FURTHER OBLIGATIONS. WE WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE(S) VIA EMAIL OR A NOTICE WILL BE POSTED ON WWW.THELAURENLOOK.COM SHOULD WE TERMINATE, ALTER OR MODIFY THE LAUREN LOOK REFERRAL PROGRAM AND/OR THIS POLICY.

1. THE LAUREN LOOK REFERRAL PROGRAM

A. General Conditions

In all matters relating to the administration of the Referral Program, the decisions of Ralph Lauren shall be final. Ralph Lauren reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, change or terminate the program, in whole or in part; to modify, limit or suspend the use of or referral discounts in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the savings required for particular reward. In addition, Ralph Lauren reserves the right to cancel your Credits (defined below) and/or your Referral Program participation, in Ralph Lauren’s sole discretion, violate any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law, or if you earn the Referral via deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the Referral Program. Ralph Lauren may make these changes even though the changes may affect the value of discounts already accumulated at any time. B. Eligibility

The Lauren Look Referral Program is open to all Referrals (as defined below) who reside in the U.S., are at least eighteen (18) years or older at the time of participation, and have not previously been a Member of The Lauren Look. By joining and participating in The Lauren Look Referral Program, you represent that you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note: if you cancel your Membership, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

C. How to Participate in the Referral Program

To participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you (“you” or “your”) go to Refer a Friend page and, using the format(s) provided, invite your friends, family, and colleagues (your “Referrals”) through sharing your personal referral link or sending a Ralph Lauren generated email to join and subscribe to a The Lauren Look Membership at Pricing and Plan Selection page (each, an “Invitation”). Only Referrals who have not previously held The Lauren Look Memberships as determined by Ralph Lauren in its sole discretion: (a) qualify to use the discount code (the “Discount”) provided in your Invitation; and/or (b) will receive an email Invitation if you select the email Invitation format provided. The Invitation will identify you (including your email address) as the person who referred such Referral to Ralph Lauren, and will include a discount on the Referrals’ Membership (as provided in our Sales and Rental Agreement). In addition to email match, Ralph Lauren reserves the right, and may employ other techniques, to confirm that your Referral has not previously been a The Lauren Look Member.

D. Expiration Periods

The Invitation and Discount will expire one (1) year after the date the Invitation is sent. Invitations communicated on social media may remain up on social media, however, the Discount may expire and/or change at any time in Ralph Lauren’s sole discretion. In order for Referrals to redeem the Discount, Referrals must click the link sent to such Referral from his/her Referrer and make a purchase at The Lauren Look, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Once a Referral joins The Lauren Look and remains a Member for thirty (30) days at The Lauren Look, the Referrer will be notified that he/she joined. Provided the Referral does not cancel within thirty (30) days of purchase, the Referrer will receive a Subscription Credit (the “Credit”) at The Lauren Look that is applied to your Membership Fee. The Discount and Invitation provided to your Referral may expire and/or change at any time in Ralph Lauren’s sole discretion.

F. The Lauren Look Credit and Other Incentives Terms

There is no cash value for Credits under the Referral Program. Credits are not transferable and may not be assigned, auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Ralph Lauren reserves the right to revoke and/or modify Credits if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent referring activity (e.g. using spam to obtain referrals, or acquiring referrals through unsolicited email to person’s unknown to you). You cannot earn a Credit for referring yourself. Credit will not be earned for a friend who was previously a member of The Lauren Look under any email address or alias. Ralph Lauren reserves the right to limit the maximum number of Credits that may be applied to your account. Ralph Lauren may, from time to time, offer customers complimentary bonuses, gifts, or partner promotions. Any such promotions are at the sole discretion of Ralph Lauren, and, together with any other programs or promotions, are not guaranteed under this Policy. Credit(s) received by Referrals may not be redeemed on the following: sales tax, shipping, donations, or purchases of Gift Membership or purchase of Products. Other exclusions may apply. Ralph Lauren may add or delete non-qualifying items in Ralph Lauren’s sole and absolute discretion. Credits and Discounts have no cash value and are nontransferable. Lost, stolen or destroyed Credits and Discounts will not be replaced. Ralph Lauren is not responsible for communication errors, including distribution of Credits and/or Discounts, due to a change of email address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

G. Marketing

The information you provide as a member of the Referral Program will be managed by Ralph Lauren as described in the Privacy Notice. By participating in the Referral Program, you to agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Ralph Lauren. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking on the opt out on the bottom of any of the emails and following the instructions.
